This organization maintained a static website used primarily to display contact and marketing information to the non-profit community.  New website features were needed to automate some manual business processes in order to increase productivity.  Specific features included job postings, password-protected access to jobs posted, password-protected message boards, paid membership for those password protected areas, and a display of members wanting to be listed on the website.

Using the Simple Web Forms application, the organization built a form for each new feature and previewed the form's appearance to the end-user.  The new forms were then linked to the organization's website.   Additional links were also added to display the information collected from the forms.

This property management company had an existing static website displaying rental properties.  Adding or editing a property required faxing new information to a web designer who would manually edit the html on the site.  With updates occurring almost daily, this process had become impractical.  There was an immediate need for a more accurate and efficient way to update property information on their website.
